Login to the Infor Supplier Portal
1. Go to https://supplierportal.infor.com/.
2. Enter your Infor account username and password.
3. Click the Login button.
4. The supplier portal home page appears.
5. On the supplier portal home page, click the My Orders tab.
6. On the My Orders tab, click the Add an Order button.
7. On the Add an Order form, enter the information required to create an order, such as product name, quantity, and price.
8. Click the Submit button to create the order.
9. The order appears on the My Orders tab in chronological order with a green bar above it indicating how much progress has been made on fulfilling the order.
10. To view information about a specific order, such as shipment tracking information or customer data, click the Order Details link under that order’s row on the My Orders tab.

If you are an Infor Supplier and want to login to your portal, you will need to follow these simple steps:
First, go to the Supplier Portal home page. You can find this by clicking on My Portal at the top of the Supplier Portal home page or by searching for Supplier Portal in the Infor Knowledge Center.
Once you are on the Supplier Portal home page, click on Login. This will take you to the Login screen.
Enter your Infor Username and Password and then click on Log in. You will now be logged into your Supplier Portal account!
How to find your Infor Supplier Portal Login ID and Password
If you have forgotten your login ID or password, follow these steps to retrieve them:
1. Log in to your Infor Supplier Portal account.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar.
3. On the My Account page, click on the "Forgotten Password" link in the "Login Information" column.
4. Enter your email address and click on the "Reset Password" button.
5. Enter your new password and click on the "Confirm New Password" button.
