What is Ihacares?
Ihacares is a healthcare system in Mexico that offers a variety of healthcare services to its citizens.
The patient portal is the primary way for Ihacares patients to access their medical records, and to communicate with their doctors and staff.
To login to the patient portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.ihacares.com and enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one at www.ihacares.com/forgot-password/.
2. On the homepage, click on “My Account” in the top left corner. This will take you to the account overview page.
3. On this page, you will see your name and photo next to your account number (in red). Below this is a list of your medical records (in blue). Click on any of the blue records to view more information about that record, including information about when it was created, who created it, and who has access to it. You can also print or download this information using the “Print” and “Download” buttons at the bottom of the page.\
How to create an account
To create an account using the Ihacares Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Ihacares Patient Portal.
2. Click on the Account Menu button and select Create Account.
3. Fill in your registered e-mail address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Create Account button.
4. You will be redirected to a confirmation page where you will need to enter your patient number.
5. Once you have entered your patient number, you will be prompted to enter your first name and last name, which will appear on all of your account’s content.
6. Click on the Continue button and you will be taken to your personal profile page, where you can add any additional information about yourself that you wish to share with other patients and members of the Ihacares team.
How to use the Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is a new tool that provides you with easy access to your health information. You can use the Patient Portal to view your health records, order test results and medications, and more. Here are some tips on how to use the Patient Portal:
To use the Patient Portal, first you will need to create an account. Once you have created your account, you can log in to the portal using your username and password. To create or update your login information, go to My Account on the home page of the portal.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your health records. You can view your health records by clicking on My Health Record on the main menu of the portal. You can also order test results and medications through the Patient Portal. To order test results or medications, click on Order Test Results or Order Medications on the My Health Record page, respectively.
