If you are a patient at Iha Ann Arbor, you now have the ability to login to their Patient Portal. This portal is a one-stop shop for all of your medical information, and allows you to track your appointments, see your current medications and treatments, and more! Here are the steps to login:
First, make sure that you have registered for their Patient Portal (if you haven’t already). Once you have registered, enter your username and password in the appropriate fields on the homepage of their website. If you have forgotten your password, please click here to request a new password. After logging in, you will see the main screen of their Patient Portal. On this screen, you canaccess all of your account information, including your current medications and treatments. You can also view your appointment history and see how many days until your next appointment. Finally, we offer several tools on their Patient Portal that can help you manage your health care more effectively. For example, their “My Meds” tool allows you to view all of the medications that we have prescribed to you, as well as find out what side effects each medication may cause. How to login to the Iha Patient Portal
If you are a new patient, or if you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below to login to the Iha Patient Portal.
1. Click on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your user name and password, and click on the "Login" button.

How the Patient Portal works

2.Click on "Create Account" in the top right corner of the screen.
3.Enter your name, email address, and password into the appropriate fields, and click on "Create Account."
4. Click on "Log In" in the top right corner of the screen.
5. Enter your user name (which is your name as it appears on your AHA membership card) and password into the appropriate fields, and click on "Log In."
6.You will now be taken to the My Profile page. On this page, you will see a list of all of your medical records that are linked to your account. You can access these records by clicking on any of the links in this list.
