Idaho Power is excited to announce the launch of its Employee Portal. This portal provides employees with access to their account information, including paychecks, leave balances and more. In this article, we will show you how to login to the Employee Portal.
How to login to Idaho Power Employee Portal
If you have forgotten your Idaho Power Username and Password, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your Idaho Power account at idahopower.com
2. Click on My Profile on the left-hand side of the screen
3. On the My Profile page, under "Login Details," click on Change Password
4. Enter your current Idaho Power Username in the "Username" field and your current Idaho Power Password in the "Password" field and click on Update
5. Click on Save Changes to return to the My Profile page
6. Click on the link in the "Login History" column next to your username to open the Idaho Power Login Screen again:
7. Enter your new Idaho Power Username in the "Username" field and your new Idaho Power Password in the "Password" field and click on Update
How to change your password
If you've forgotten your password, or need to change it for any reason, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address and click the "reset password" button.
3. If you're having trouble logging in, please contact Idaho Power customer service at 208-334-4357.
How to add or update your contact information
If you're an Idaho Power employee, you can easily update your contact information on their Employee Portal. To add or change your contact information:
-Log into the Employee Portal at https://portal.idahopower.com/login
-Click on "My Account" on the left-hand side of the page
-Select "Contact Info" from the dropdown menu in the "My Profile" section
-Complete the fields with your new contact information and click "Save Changes."
How to unsubscribe from Idaho Power Email Notifications
If you no longer wish to receive Idaho Power email notifications, there are several methods available to unsubscribe.
Please follow the instructions below to unsubscribe from Idaho Power email notifications:
1. Log in to the Idaho Power Employee Portal.
2. Go to "My Profile" on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Click on "Email Notifications" under "My Communications and Tools."
4. On the next screen, select the "Notifications Preferences" tab and uncheck the box next to "Email Notifications from Idaho Power."
5. Click on "Save Preferences" at the bottom of the screen.
How to view your usage data
If you are an Idaho Power employee, you can view your usage data on the Employee Portal. To login, enter your username and password in the login form below. If you have not previously logged in, you will be prompted to create an account.
How to file a complaint
If you have a problem with Idaho Power, you can file a complaint by logging in to the employee portal. The following steps will help you get started:
1. Go to www.idahopower.com and enter your email address and password.
2. Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Under “My Account,” click on the “Complaint” tab.
4. Fill out the form and click on the “Submit” button.
How to access your insurance policies
If you are an Idaho Power employee, you can log in to your insurance policies to see important information like your policy number, deductible, and coverage.
To login to your insurance policies:
1. Go to www.idahopower.com/insurance
2. Enter your login information (username and password) and click “Login.”
3. On the left side of the screen, under “My Policies,” click “Individual Policies.”
4. On the right side of the screen, under “My Coverage,” click “View Policy Details.”
5. Click on the policy number to view details about that policy.
