What is ICS Portal?
ICCS Portal is a web-based interface for managing Cisco IOS devices. You can use it to view status information, configure device settings, and manage devices.
To access ICS Portal, go to https://portal.cisco.com/web/login/.
You must have a valid login ID and password to access ICS Portal. Follow these steps to login:
1) Enter your login ID and password in the appropriate fields on the portal home page.
2) Click the Login button.
3) Enter the device name or IP address in the User Name field and click the Login button.
4) If you are logged in to ICS Portal as a administrator, you will be prompted to enter your administrative password.
5) Click the OK button.
6) Your browser should refresh and display the ICS Portal home page.
How to login to ICS Portal

To login to the ICS Portal, you first need to create an account. Once you have created your account, you can login using the following information:
Username: your user name (example: user1)
Password: your password (example: password1)
After logging in, you will be taken to the main ICS Portal page. On the left side of the page, under "My Profile", click on "Logout". You will then be taken to the login confirmation page. Click on "Logout" again to log out of the portal.

1. Navigate to the "Login" button on the home screen of your Ics Portal.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click "Login."

How to unblock a user
If you need to unblock a user, please follow the instructions below.
Login to the ICS Portal. Click on Users in the left-hand navigation bar. Click on the user you wish to unblock in the list of users. On the right-hand side, under Actions, click on Block User. Enter the email address of the user you wish to block and click Block User.
How to add a user
If you have not done so already, create a new user in ICs Portal. To add a user, follow these steps:
1. In ICs Portal, click Users on the navigation bar. The Users page appears.
2. On the Users page, click Add User. The Add User page appears.
3. In the User Name field, type a user name. You can use any name that you want.
4. In the Password field, type a password for the user account. You can also type an asterisk (*) in this field to indicate that the password is blank. Click Next to continue.
5. On the Confirmation page, verify that the user name and password are correct and click Next to continue.
6. On the Ready to Activate Your Account page, review your information and click Activate Account to activate your account. You will be redirected to ICs Portal after activation is complete.
How to delete a user
If you want to delete a user, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Ics Portal.
2. Click Users in the left-hand panel.
3. Click on the user you want to delete.
4. Under Delete this User, click on Delete.
