To login, first create a new account by clicking “Create Account” below. Once you have created your account, you can then login by clicking “Login” below.
If you already have an account with Icarus Investment Group, please enter your user name and password in the “Login” section below and click “Log In”. If you do not have an account with them yet, please click the “Register Now” button below and follow the instructions.
Please note: You must be registered in order to submit requests for property inspections or view current tenant information.
What is Icarus Investment Group?
Icarus Investment Group is a tenant portal that allows tenants to manage their account and submit requests for repairs or maintenance.
How to Login to the Tenant Portal
If you are a tenant at Icarus Investment Group, you can login to the Tenant Portal to manage your account and make changes to your lease. To login, follow these steps:
1) Go to the Tenant Portal page on the website.
2) Click the Login button in the upper-left corner of the page.
3) Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click OK.
4) You are now logged in to the Tenant Portal.
What are the Benefits of Using the Tenant Portal?
When a tenant is using the Tenant Portal, they have access to a variety of resources that can help them manage their rental property. These resources include:
-A listing of all of the important properties owned and managed by Icarus Investment Group, including photos and detailed information about each property;
-The ability to view and print monthly lease agreements;
-The ability to submit maintenance requests and view recent maintenance history;
-The ability to manage account information, including payments, rent history, and account settings; and
-The ability to connect with other tenants in order to collaborate on common repairs or issues.
How to Request Maintenance or Rebuild Times
If you are having trouble logging into your Icarus Investment Group Tenant Portal, please follow these instructions:
1. Enter your email address and password in the login form on the homepage. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Your Password?" below and we will send you a link to reset it.
2. Click on "My Account" in the upper left corner of the homepage. This will take you to your account page.
3. On the account page, click on "Maintenance Request" in the main section of the page. You will be able to see all of the maintenance requests that have been submitted for your property. You can then click on any of the requests to view more information about it, or to submit a request yourself.
4. If you would like to rebuild your tenant portal, please follow these steps:
a. Log into your account by entering your email address and password in the login form on the homepage.
b. Click on "My Account" in the upper left corner of the homepage. This will take you to your account page.

If you experience a problem with their tenant portal, please report it using their online form. They will respond as soon as possible.
