If you are having trouble logging into your Humana account, be sure to follow these steps:
1. From the homepage, click on the Login link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click Submit.
3. If you're using a Humana account with a mobile device, enter your phone number in Step 2 above and click Submit.
4. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Your Password link on the Login page and enter your email address in the form that appears. A new password will be emailed to you within a few minutes.

How to change your password
Humana Launchpad login requires you to change your password. To change your password, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Humana Launchpad account.
2. On the top right corner of the screen, click on the "Settings" link.
3. On the Settings page, click on the "Account" tab.
4. Under "Account Details," click on the "Password" link.
5. Enter your current password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Change Password" button.
How to find your account number
If you have an account number, it can be found on your account statement or in your login information. If you don't know your account number, you can find out by logging in to your account and clicking on My Profile.

If you need to contact Humana regarding your account, you can do so through the following methods:

Once you are signed in, click on "My Policies" in the upper-left corner of the screen.Click on the policy that you want to cancel and then click on "Cancel Policy."
