Patients in the Hudson Valley and beyond can now use the new patient portal to easily access their medical records, schedule appointments and connect with their care team. The patient portal is powered by Hudson Valley Imaging's proprietary software, which helps streamline the patient experience and improve communication between patients and providers.
How to login to Hudson Valley Imaging Patient Portal
If you are a Hudson Valley Imaging patient and have not yet registered with the website, please do so now. Once registered, you will be able to login to the Patient Portal using your username and password.
If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact their office at 845-336-3000 and we will be happy to help you reset them.
In order to login to the Patient Portal, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Hudson Valley Imaging website. (See below for link.)
2. Click on “My Account” on the upper right hand corner of the homepage.
3. On the My Account page, under “Login Details,” enter your username and password. If you have forgotten either of these details, please contact their office at 845-336-3000 and one of their staff members will be happy to assist you.

Instructions:
1. Log in using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Your Password?" and enter your email address in the "Email Address" box. You will then be sent a temporary password to reset your password. Once you have reset your password, log back into the portal using this new password.
2. If you would like to view images from your past appointments, click on "My Appointments." You can filter your search by date and by doctor. You can also print out a summary of your past appointments for review at home.

We are excited to announce the launch of their patient portal! The portal is a one-stop shop for patients to access their medical records, view images, and send messages to their healthcare team.
To use the portal, you will need to create a user account and login. Here are instructions on how to do both:
User Account Creation:
1. Go to hviportal.hudsonvalley Imaging.org and click on the “Create User Account” link in the upper right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click “Create Account”.
3. You will be prompted to provide your social security number (SSN) or driver’s license number (DLN). If you do not have a SSN or DLN, Hudson Valley Imaging can help you get one by contacting your state government or by contacting one of the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion).

If you have an appointment with Hudson Valley Imaging, you can use their patient portal to view and print digital images. To use the patient portal, you will first need to create an account. You can do this by clicking on the link in the email that we send to patients before their appointment. Once you have created your account, you will be able to login and access your images.
