How to change your password

How to add an account

You will now be taken to a confirmation page where you will need to verify your email address. How to delete an account
If you no longer need an account on the HTC Portal, you can delete it by following these steps:
1. Log in to the HTC Portal.
2. Click the Accounts link in the main menu.
3. Select the account you want to delete and click the Delete Account button.
How to troubleshoot issues with the Portal
If you are experiencing issues with logging into your HTC Portal, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the issue. First, make sure that you have the latest version of the Portal installed on your device. If you are using an older version of the Portal, please upgrade to the latest version before attempting to log in to it. Next, check to see if your device is connected to the internet and whether you are able to access the Portal from a web browser. If you are unable to access or connect to the Portal, please try resetting your device by following these steps:
-Press and hold down the power button until the device powers off.
-While holding down the power button, press and release the Volume Down button.
-Release both buttons when prompted to restart in order to boot into Recovery Mode.
-Select “wipe data/factory reset” from the main menu.
-Select “yes” on the next screen.
-Reboot your device once again and enter your HTC Portal login credentials when prompted.
