How to login to your Hesse account
If you don't have an account, create one now! Logging in is easy and it's the first step to using all the features of Hesse. Follow these simple steps:
1. Open your browser and go to www.hessenetwork.com
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button
3. You will be taken to a login screen that looks like this: Your email address (required)
Your first name (required)
Your last name (required)
Your company or organization (optional) (required if you are using Hesse as part of a school or research project)
Your gender (male/female) (required if you are using Hesse as part of a school or research project)
Your country (optional) (required if you are using Hesse as part of a school or research project)
Your phone number (optional) Your password (required)
How to reset your password
If you forgot your password, or if you need to reset it, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Hses login page and enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields. If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address in the "Forgotten Password" field and click the "Reset My Password" button.
2. You will receive an email message with a link to create a new password. Click the link in the email message to create a new password.
3. Enter the new password into the appropriate field on the Hses login page and click the "Update My Password" button.
How to troubleshoot problems with your Hesse account
If you are having trouble logging in to your Hesse account, there are a few things you can do to try and resolve the issue. First, make sure that you have entered your email address and password correctly. If you still cannot log in, try resetting your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If all of these measures fail to solve the problem, please contact Hesse customer service at 1-866-428-9277.
How to add new devices to your Hesse account
If you have an account and have purchased a device, follow these instructions to add it.
If you do not have an account, or if you have not purchased a device, follow these instructions to create one.
1. Log in to your Hesse account at www.hesse.com
2. Click on My Account in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Scroll down to Devices and click Add Device.
4. Enter your device’s name and complete the other fields as needed (for example, Model number). You will be asked to login with your Hesse account credentials (username and password) if you have them saved on your device. If not, you can enter your email address and activation code instead.
5. Click Save Device to save your device information.
6. To add a new device after it has been added to your account:
1) Log in to your Hesse account at www.hesse.com
2) Under My Account, click on Devices
3) Click on the name of the device you would like to add

How to manage your Hesse account
If you have questions or problems logging into your Hesse account, here are some tips to help you out.
To log in to your Hesse account, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.hesse.com and sign in.
2. On the left side of the page, click My Account.
3. On the My Account page, click Sign In.
4. Enter your email address and password, and then click Sign In.
5. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, enter your security code on the next screen.
6. Click the Login link at the top of the page to log in to your account.
