How to login to HRB Employee Portal
If you have an HRB account and need to login to the Employee Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to hrb.ca and sign in.
2. Click on "Employee Portal" in the left navigation bar.
3. In the "Employee Portal" page, click on "Login".
4. Enter your HRB username and password in the appropriate fields and click on "Log In".

3. Click "Change Password" in the My Profile section.
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and confirm it by clicking "Update Password."
5. Click "Close." You will now be logged out of the Employee Portal.
How to file a complaint
If you have a complaint about your HRB experience, there are several ways to file it. Here is how to login and access the HRB complaint form:
1.Go to hrb.gc.ca and enter your online ID and password.
2.Click on “My HRB” on the left navigation panel and select “Complaint Form” from the drop-down list on the right panel.
3.Fill out the form and click on “Submit”.
4.A confirmation message will be displayed informing you that your complaint has been submitted. You will receive a response to your complaint within 20 business days unless it falls under an emergency exception.
