How to manage your personal account
If you are an employee with a HPE Employee Portal account, you can use this guide to login and manage your personal account. Before you can start, make sure that your browser is set to accept cookies and that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed.
1. Click the link in the email you received from HPE when you activated your account.
2. If you don't see the link, try refreshing the page or opening the email in a new browser window.
3. Enter your login credentials and click Login.
4. You will be taken to the home page of your employee portal account. On this page, under My Profile, you will see a list of all of your personal accounts and their associated information (for example, email addresses, password info, and active roles). You can also access important settings for each account by clicking on its name in the list.
5. To change or update any information in your personal profile, simply click on the name of the account in My Profile and follow the instructions onscreen.
