How to Login to HP Learning Portal
If you are a current HP Learning Portal user and need to login, there are several options for you. You can login using your email address and password, or create a new account. If you do not have an existing HP Learning Portal account, you can create one by following these steps:
To login to HP Learning Portal using your email address and password:
1. Log in to the HP Learning Portal website at https://learningportal.hp.com/.
2. In the top right corner of the page, click the username icon ( ).
3. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click the Log In button.
4. You will be logged in as usual. To log out of HP Learning Portal, close the browser window without logging out first.
5. If you have forgotten your password, please visit their Password Reset page to obtain instructions on how to reset it.
To create a new account in HP Learning Portal:
1. Click the My Account link in the top right corner of the home screen ( ).
2. On the My Account page, enter your name and email address and click Save Changes .
How to Access My Courses and Transcripts
If you are having trouble logging in to your HP Learning Portal, follow these steps:
- First, make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, you can download it here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/default.html
- Next, open the HP Learning Portal on your computer. You can find it by going to http://hplearningportal.com or by searching for "HP Learning Portal" in your web browser.
- In the main navigation bar, click "Login." You will be prompted to enter your user name and password. If you have previously logged in to the HP Learning Portal, you will be able to login using your user name and password. If you don't have a user name or password, you will need to create an account before logging in.
