1. Log in to ESP.
2. Click on the “User” tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. In the “User Profile” area, click on “My Account”.
4. On the right-hand side of the “My Account” screen, click on “Password Settings”.
5. In the “Password Settings” screen, enter your current password and click on “Change Password”.
6. Enter your new password twice and click on “OK” to save your changes.

Click the Password Reset link in the left column. Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
