4. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your active accounts on the Patient Portal (including any parent or guardian accounts that you may have created). You can use the menus on the left side of the page to navigate around the portal and find what you are looking for. If you are a parent or guardian of a child who is registered with Howard County Health Department and you would like to access their patient portal, please follow the instructions below.
Step One: Log in to your account on their website by clicking on the “My Account” icon at the top right corner of the screen. If you have not already logged in, you will be prompted to enter your username and password.
Step Two: Once you have logged in, click on the “Patient Portal” link in the left column of the My Account page. This will take you to the Patient Portal page.
Step Three: Click on the “Login” link in the upper right corner of the Patient Portal page. You will be asked to enter your username and password that you used when you registered with Howard County Health Department. If you have not already entered this information, it will be displayed below the “Login” button. Please remember to keep your login information confidential and only share it with individuals who need to access your child’s records.
