To login to HECP, visit the website at https://www.horizon-eyecare.com/patient-portal/. Enter your email address and password, and you will be directed to the home page of the patient portal.
On the home page, you will see three tabs: My Account, Appointments, and Communication.
My Account is where you can view your account information, including your name and email address. You can also update your contact information and change your password if you need to.
Appointments is where you can view all of your upcoming appointments. You can add new appointments or edit existing appointments by clicking on the blue "Edit" button next to the appointment date. You can also reschedule an appointment by clicking on the "Reschedule" button next to the appointment date. You can cancel an appointment by clicking on the "Cancel" button next to the appointment date.

How to Login to Horizon Eye Care Patient Portal
If you are a patient of Horizon Eye Care, you can login to their patient portal to view your health records, request appointments, and more. Here's how to do it:
1. Go to www.horizoneyecare.com/patientportal and sign in. If you have already registered with them, login using your email address and password.
2. On the left side of the screen, under "My Account," click "Login."
3. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click "Login."
4. You will be prompted to create a password. Make sure that you remember this password as you will need it to access many of the features of their patient portal. Click "Create Password."
5. In the next screen, you will be asked to provide some basic information about yourself. This information will help us keep track of your health records and make it easy for us to reply to your requests for appointments and other services. Click "Next."

If you are a patient at Horizon Eye Care and have registered with their patient portal, you can easily access your medical records. To login to the portal, follow these steps:

How to Pay Your Bill
If you have a current Horizon Eye Care Patient Portal account and have received a bill, you can pay your bill online using your patient portal account. To pay your bill using your patient portal account:
1. Log in to your patient portal account.
2. Click the "Bills" tab on the main page.
3. Find the bill you want to pay and click on it.
4. On the "Bill Details" page, click on the "Pay Now" button to pay with your patient portal account. You will be asked to enter your payment information and confirm your payment.
