Holy Cross Hospital is one of the largest healthcare providers in Massachusetts, and as such, they have a Patient Portal that allows patients to access their health records, make appointments, and more. How to login to Holy Cross Patient Portal
If you are a Holy Cross patient, you can login to the Patient Portal to view your health information, access your medical records, and communicate with your healthcare team. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.holycrossmedicalcenter.org and sign in to your account. If you don't have an account, create one now.
2. In the top left corner of the page, click on the "Patient Portal" link.
3. On the Patient Portal page, click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner.
4. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click "Log In." Your login credentials will be sent to your email address. If you forget your login credentials, please contact their Patient Relations department at 860-651-6000 or [email protected].
View your account information
To view your account information, login to the Holy Cross Patient Portal and follow these steps:
1. Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the screen.
2. In the User Information section, enter your login credentials (username and password).
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Your Password link below your username and enter your email address in the Forgot Your Password form. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
3. Click on the Log In button at the bottom of the page to log in to your account. If you have multiple accounts with Holy Cross, be sure to log out of all other accounts before logging in to this one.
Make a change to your account information
To login to the Holy Cross Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Access the Holy Cross Patient Portal by clicking on the link in the email you received when creating your account.
2. If you have not yet created an account, click on the "sign up" link in the top left corner of the page.

Request a copy of your medical records
The Holy Cross Patient Portal allows you to request a copy of your medical records. You can access the Patient Portal by clicking on the "My Health" tab in the main menu and then clicking on the "Medical Records" link. You will be prompted to enter your login information and then click on the "Request a Copy" button. You will be given a deadline for requesting a copy and notified of any fees that may apply.

Cancel your health insurance coverage with Holy Cross Health System
If you have health insurance through Holy Cross Health System, please follow the instructions below to cancel your coverage. You will need your insurance card and the policy number.
To cancel your health insurance coverage:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal.
2. Click on "My Account."
3. Click on "Insurance."
4. Click on "Cancel Coverage."
5. Complete the form and click on "Submit."
