2. If you have not changed your password since last logging in, click on "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the page and enter your email address and old password into the form to reset your password.

1. Click on the "Your Account" tab at the top of the page.
2. On the "Your Account" tab, click on "My Settings".
3. On the "My Settings" page, under "Account Information", you will see your login information.
Changing your password
To change your password, go to the login page and enter your old password and new password in the appropriate fields. Be sure to remember your new password!
Adding or deleting a student
Adding or deleting a student is simple and can be done from the Holy Cross Parent Portal. Log in to the portal and click on the "Students" tab. Next, click on the "Add a Student" button and fill out the necessary information. When you're done, click on the "Submit" button to save your changes.
Borrowing materials from the library
To borrow materials from the library, please visit their Parent Portal. Once logged in, select "Library" on the left-hand menu and browse through the available titles. You may also use their online catalog to find books, eBooks, and audiobooks. To check out a book or audiobook, click on the "Checkout" button next to its title. You will need your library card number and PIN to complete the checkout process. If you have forgotten your library card number or PIN, please contact your local library.

1. Login to the Holy Cross Parent Portal (https://parentportal.holycross.edu/login).
2. Under "My Account," click on "Academics & Student Services."
3. Under "Student Accommodations," click on "Request Accommodation."
4. Complete the online form specifying the accommodation you need and why you need it. You may also attach any documentation that supports your request.
