2. In the top right corner of the Parent Portal screen, click on “My Account”.
3. In the My Account section, click on “Change Username” or “Change Password”.
4. Enter your new username and password in the appropriate fields and hit “Submit”.
5. You will now be logged out of the Parent Portal and will need to log back in with your new username and password to continue using it.
