How to login to the Highland Urgent Care Patient Portal
Highland Urgent Care Patient Portal is a secure online patient portal that allows patients to easily schedule appointments, view their medical history, and receive updates on their health. To login to the Highland Urgent Care Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.highlandurgentcare.com and click on the "Patient Portal" link in the main navigation bar.
2. On the Patient Portal page, enter your login information and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will be prompted to enter your patient ID number, which is the identifier that was assigned to you when you registered with Highland Urgent Care. If you do not have a patient ID number, you can create one by clicking on the "Create Account" button and entering your desired information. After you have entered your patient ID number, click on the "Log In" button to log in to the Patient Portal.
4. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your current appointments and medications. You can also view your medical history and update your contact information by clicking on the "My Profile" tab at the top of the page.

If you are a new patient, please follow these steps:
1. From your computer, open the Highland Urgent Care website.
2. Click on "Login."
3. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click on "Sign In."
4. You will be directed to your account page. On this page, you will find your account number and password. Make sure you remember these numbers as they will be required to login to their website in the future.
5. If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address that you used when you first registered with Highland Urgent Care. They will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your Highland Urgent Care password, or if you would like to change your password, you can do so by following these simple steps:
1. Log in to the patient portal (https://patientportal.highlandurgentcare.com) using your username and password.
2. Click on βMy Profileβ at the top of the page.
3. Under βPersonal Info,β click on βChange Password.β
4. Enter your new password twice and click on βSubmit.β
