How to login to Highland Planning Portal
If you are new to the Highland Planning Portal, please follow these instructions to login:
1. Go to the home page of the Highland Planning Portal and click on "Login" in the top left corner.

The Highland Planning Portal is a collaborative tool that allows planners to share maps, documents, and ideas with others in the community. To access the planner, visit www.highland-nc.gov/planningportal and sign in with your NCID. Once you are signed in, you will see the different tabs at the top of the page. This is where you can add projects, see information about each project, and add comments. The rightmost tab is labeled "Maps."
