To find your patient number, visit the My Heywood page and select 'Patient Details'. On the My Heywood page, select 'Patient Records'. The Patient Portal will open in a new window. Click on 'Login'. The Login screen will appear. Enter your patient number, social insurance number, and password into the respective fields. Click on 'Login'. You will be redirected to the My Heywood page. Select 'My Patients' from the left-hand menu. Your patient record will appear under the 'My Patients' tab.
