How to add or remove a user account
If you are new to the Herts Portal, adding or removing a user account can be a little tricky. Here are instructions on how to add or remove a user account on the Herts Portal.
To add a user account:
1. Log in to your Herts Portal account.
2. Click on "Users" in the main menu bar.
3. Click on "Add New User".
4. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click "Create User Account".
5. You will now be taken to a confirmation page where you will need to confirm your details by clicking on "Confirm User Account". Once confirmed, the new user will be added to the Users list and will have access to all of the resources available on the Herts Portal.
6. To remove a user account:
1. Log in to your Herts Portal account.
2. Click on "Users" in the main menu bar.
3. Click on "Remove User from List".
4. Enter the username of the user you wish to remove and click "Remove User from List". The user will no longer have access to resources on the Herts
