How to login to Heron Pointe Resident Portal
If you have forgotten your Heron Pointe login ID
Upon logging in to the portal, you will be prompted to enter your email address and password.
If you have forgotten your Heron Pointe login ID, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on the "Forgot Login ID" link on the Home page of the portal.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click on the "Submit" button.
3. You will receive an email with a login link that you can use to regain access to the portal.

How to find your resident portal account name and password
To find your resident portal account name and password, follow these steps:
1. Log into your MyHeronPointe account.
2. Click on the "Residents" link on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Under "My Account," click on the "Login" link.
4. Type in your email address and password into the fields provided, and click on the "Log In" button.
5. A page with your resident portal account information will appear.
6. On this page, you will see your login name and password under the heading "Account Name." The login name is also included in the email that you received when you created your MyHeronPointe account. If you have forgotten your login name, or if it has been changed, you can contact customer service at 877-399-3926 to reset it.
How to change your resident portal password
If you forgot your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the resident portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar.
3. Under "Settings," click on "Change Password."
4. Enter your current password and new password (both must be at least 8 characters long).
5. Click on "Submit."
How to view your account information

1. Log in to your Heron Pointe Resident Portal account.
2. Click on My Account in the toolbar on the left side of the screen.
3. On the My Account page, you will see all of your account information and settings.
