To login to Heritage Parent Portal, please enter your User ID and Password in the following fields. If you have forgotten your User ID or Password, please visit their Help Desk for more information.
How to create an account
If you are a parent of a student at Heritage Academy, you can create an account to access important information about your child's education. To create an account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Heritage Parent Portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Create Account" button.
4. You will be prompted to provide your name and school district. If you are not a parent of a student at Heritage Academy, you will need to create a free account before proceeding.
How to login
If you are a new Heritage Parent Portal user, follow these steps to login:
-Go to www.heritageparentportal.com.
-Sign in using your school username and password.
-Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page.
-In the "My Account" section, click on the "Login" button.
-Enter your school email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the "Login" button.
How to update your account
You can login to the Heritage Parent Portal by visiting their website and clicking on the "Log In" link in the upper right corner of the home page. If you have forgotten your password, please email us at [email protected] and we will reset it for you. You can also reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login page.
Once you have logged in, you will see a list of your current accounts and resources on the left side of the screen. On the right side of the screen, you will see a list of all of your registered families. To update any information about a family or to add new family members, click on the "Update Family Info" button next to the family's name. You can also find information about registering for events and newsletters by clicking on the "Register for Events" or "Subscribe to Newsletters" buttons below each family's name.

How to cancel your account
If you would like to cancel your account, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Heritage Parent Portal and click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page.
2. On the My Account screen, click on the "Cancel My Account" link in the upper-left corner.
3. You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. Once you have done this, your account will be cancelled and you will no longer have access to any of the resources or tools that are available through Heritage Parent Portal.
