Welcome to the Hereford Planning Portal! This website provides residents of Herefordshire with access to planning applications and other resources relating to their local area. To use this portal, you will need to first login.
To login, please enter your user name and password in the boxes below. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact them.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all the resources on this website.
How to login to Hereford Planning Portal
Step 1: Access the Planning Portal by clicking on the link below.

Step 2: Enter your username and password in the login form fields.
Step 3: Click on the "Log In" button to log in to the Planning Portal.
How to access your account
If you are not already registered with the Hereford Planning Portal, you can register by following these steps:
1. Log in to the portal using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page and follow the instructions provided.
2. Click on the 'My Account' link in the top navigation bar. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your account information, including your current portfolio items and comments.
3. Click on the 'Profile' link in the top navigation bar to view your personal profile and edit any of your information.
4. Click on the 'Portfolio' link in the top navigation bar to view all of your portfolio items and make any changes or updates that you wish.
How to make a plan
If you're looking for a way to plan your day, look no further! The Hereford Planning Portal offers an easy way to create a schedule, track tasks and goals, and access important information. Here are 4 steps to using the portal:
1.Log in to the portal using your email address and password.
2. Browse the various tabs at the top of the screen to find what interests you.
3. Click on the tab that corresponds with the type of planning you need help with (daily, weekly, or monthly).
4. Use the menus on the left side of the screen to navigate through your options.
How to view your plan
If you have a Hereford Planning Portal account, you can view and edit your plans by logging into your account. To log in, click the login link on the top right of the screen. You will need to provide your username and password. If you do not have a Hereford Planning Portal account, you can create one by clicking the sign up link on the top right of the screen. Once you have logged in, click the My Plans tab to view and edit your plans.
How to edit your plan
If you have not already done so, please login to the Hereford Planning Portal to create or edit your plan. Once logged in, follow these steps to edit your plan:
1. Click on My Plans on the top menu bar.
2. Click on the plan you would like to edit.
3. On the left-hand side of the page, click on Edit Plan Details.
4. Underneath Homeownership and Tenure, click on Add a New Section.
5. In the new section, provide a brief title for your section and describe what it covers. For example, this may be Neighbourhood Character or Amenities in Your Area.
6. Under Type of Data, select Summary Data or Land Use Data if you are submitting summary data or Site Plans if you are submitting land use data (see screenshot below).
7. Select whether you are uploading summary data or site plans and then click on Upload Files (see screenshot below). When finished, click Save Changes to finish editing your plan details page.
How to print your plan
If you would like to print your plan, you will need to login to the Hereford Planning Portal and select the "Print Plan" link on the left-hand menu. You will then be prompted to select a printer and print your plan.
Tips for using the Hereford Planning Portal
If you are new to the Planning Portal, then you will want to follow these tips for using the portal.
First, you need to create an account. Once you have created your account, you will be able to login and start working on your project.
To login, click on the “Login” link in the top right corner of the portal homepage. Enter your username and password and click “Log In.” You will now be in the “My Account” section of the portal.
In this section, you will find all of your account information: your username, password, registered email address, and registered occupation. If you have forgotten your password, please enter your username and last name into the “Forgot Password?” field and click “submit.” If you have any questions about your account or need assistance logging in, please contact them at [email protected].
