How to login to the Education Portal
Login to the Education Portal using your MyLincoln account.
1. Log into MyLincoln: If you have an active MyLincoln account, log in using your username and password. If you don't have an account yet, register for a free account HERE.
2. Go to the Education Portal: The Education Portal is located at www.mylincoln.com/education/.
3. Enter your MyLincoln username and password: Once you've logged in, enter your MyLincoln username (the name you used when you registered for an account) and password (the password you used when you logged in).
1. To get started, login to the Education Portal by using your MyLincoln account information:
-If you have an active MyLincoln account, login by entering your username and password into the login form on the Education Portal home page: www.mylincoln.com/education/.
-If you don't have an account yet or if you've forgotten your MyLincoln username or password, register for a free account HERE and then follow these instructions to login:
-Once logged in, use the dropdown menu next to "Us
How to find course information
Login to your Education Portal account.
1. Log in using your email address and password.
2. Click "Courses" on the main menu.
3. Find the course you want information about and click on its title to open its details page.
4. Use the menus at the top of the page to filter the information by type of content, instructor, or session time.
5. Click on "View Assignments" to find out what work is due for this course.
6. Click on "View Schedule" to see when the course is offered and which days it is offered in each week.
7. Click on "View Notes" to read what other students have said about this course in previous semesters or years.
How to enroll in a course
If you want to access the courses offered by Hear Education Portal, you first need to login. To do this, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your account on Hear Education Portal. If you don't have an account, sign up for a free account now.
2. Click on the Courses tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Under "Courses & Learning Paths," find the course that you want to enroll in and click on it.
4. On the course's page, enter your name and email address in the appropriate boxes and click on the Join Course button.
5. You will then be taken to a confirmation page where you will need to confirm your enrollment by clicking on the Confirm button. After confirming your enrollment, you will be redirected back to the course's page where you will see a message telling you that you are now enrolled in the course.
How to submit a course for approval
If you're interested in submitting a course for approval on the Education Portal, here's how:
1. Log in to your Education Portal account. If you don't have an Education Portal account, you can create one by clicking here.
2. Click Courses in the left-hand navigation panel.
3. Click the green + icon next to a course to add it to your cart. (If the course is already in your cart, click the blue + icon next to it.)
4. On the Course Details page, fill out the following information: Name of course
Subject
Description
5. Click Submit Course at the bottom of the page. (If you have any questions about submitting a course, please contact them.)
How to view your course history
To view your course history, login to the Education Portal and then go to My Courses. You can also find your course history on your My Account page.
To login to the Education Portal:
1. Go to https://education.nyc.gov/portal/.
2. Sign in using your school’s login credentials or your personal account information.
3. If you are not already signed in, click Sign In at the top of the screen.
4. Click My Courses on the left side of the screen.
5. To view your course history, click on the title of the course for which you want to view information (for example, Mathematics). The Course History page for that course will open.
How to audit a course
If you are a student, instructor, or administrator that wishes to login to the Hear Education Portal for the purpose of auditing courses, follow these steps:
First, navigate to the Hear Education Portal at http://hearedu.org.
Once on the portal, click on the “Login” button in the upper right-hand corner.
Enter your username and password (username is your MyHear account name and password is your MyHear password).
Click on the “Log In” button.
You will now be directed to a page displaying all of your current courses. To audit a course, click on the “Audit This Course” link next to the course you wish to audit.

How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have changed your password and need to login to the Education Portal website, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the Education Portal website.
2. Type in your email address and password into the fields that appear and click on the "Log In" button.
3. If you have multiple accounts with the Education Portal website, be sure to click on the "Log In" button for the account you wish to use.
