To login to your Healthy County Portal account go to: https://www.healthycounty.org/portal/login/. Enter your email address and password and you will be logged in. You will then be able to access all of the features of the portal.
How to use the tools on your County Portal account
To get started on your County Portal account, click the " login" button located in the upper left corner of the home page. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of tools at the top of your screen.
The first tool is "My Account." This area contains all of your account information, such as your username and password. You can also view your account history and activity logs.
The "Channels" area is where you can access different services offered by your county. You can find information about elections, taxes, public safety, health and more.
The "Resources" area contains links to online resources and services offered by your county. You can find information about financial aid, government services, housing and more.
How to make changes to your account settings
If you are a new user, you first need to create an account. Once you have an account, follow these steps to make changes to your account settings:
1. Login to the Healthy County Portal and click on the My Account link in the top navigation bar.
2. On the My Account page, click on the Account Settings button in the top left corner.
3. On the Account Settings page, you will see four sections: Profile, Contact Info, Blogger Type and Password Security. In this article, we will focus on Profile and Contact Info sections.
4. To update your profile information, click on the Edit Profile link in the top right corner of the Profile section. You will be prompted to enter your full name (first and last) as well as email address. Click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
5. To add a contact from your personal address book or from a website, click on Add New Contact in the Contact Info section of the Profile page. You will be prompted to provide your name and email address. Click on Add New Contact at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
