My Healthteam Advantage Account
If you have not already created an account with Healthteam Advantage, please click here to create an account. Once you have created your account, you will be able to login to the provider portal.
To login to the provider portal:
1. Navigate to https://myhealthteamadvantage.com/login/.
2. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click submit.
3. You will be directed to the provider portal home page.
4. Click on the “Login” button in the upper right corner of the page to log in.
5. If you have multiple accounts with Healthteam Advantage, you will be prompted to select which account to use for logging in. After selecting your account, you will be logged in and ready to start using the provider portal.
Billing and Insurance
Healthteam Advantage Provider Portal provides a way for providers to manage their billing and insurance. Providers can create profiles, add patients, and review payment history. The portal also offers a secure communication platform for providers and patients.
Managing my health team
If you are already a HealthTeam Advantage Provider, login to the Provider Portal. If you are a new provider, follow these steps:
1. Determine your unique Provider Portal login and password. Your login is your email address followed by @teamadvantage.com. For example, [email protected] would have a login of [email protected]/password
2. On the Provider Portal home page, click Login with my TeamAdvantage Login and Password (see Figure 1).
3. Enter your login and password, and click Log In (see Figure 2).

Changing my address or name
If you have updated your address, or changed your name, please login to the Healthteam Advantage Provider Portal and update your profile. You can also update your contact information in the Provider Portal if you have changed it since you registered with Healthteam Advantage.
To login to the Provider Portal:
1. In the top left corner of the Provider Portal, click on "User Login."
2. Enter your user ID and password. If you have forgotten your user ID or password, please contact Healthteam Advantage support at 1-866-913-4357 for help.
3. Click on "Login."
4. Under "Provider Profile," select "My Profile" from the dropdown menu and click on "Update Profile."
5. Click on "Submit Update Profile." Your profile will be updated and you will return to the main Provider Portal page.
