How to Access the Healthsmart Provider Portal
If you are a clinician or provider who has registered with Healthsmart, you can access the Healthsmart Provider Portal to manage your accounts and personal information. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.healthsmart.bc.ca and sign in using your Username and Password.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, under “My Profile,” click on “Provider Portal Login.”
3. Enter your Username and Password and click on “Log In.”
You will now be directed to the Provider Portal home page.
How to Log In
If you are a healthsmart provider and have registered with the Healthsmart Provider Portal, you can login to the portal using your registration information. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click the Login link in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Type in your login credentials and click Log In.
3. If you have multiple accounts with the Healthsmart Provider Portal, select the account you want to use from the drop-down menu next to your name.
4. Click Submit.
What are My Username and Password?
If you are a Healthsmart Provider, you need to login to the Portal using your Username and Password. To find out your Username and Password, go to the Login page on the Portal and click on My Account. You will then see a screen like this:
Your Username is the text in the top-left corner of the box, and your Password is the text in the top-right corner of the box. Make sure you remember both pieces of information - you will need them to login to the Portal later.
What is My User ID?
If you are a Healthsmart Provider, your user ID is the email address that you registered with them. To login to the portal, go to their login page and enter your user ID.
What is My Email Address?
If you don't know your email address, it is important to locate it. The Healthsmart Provider Portal can help you locate the email address that you entered when you registered with the portal. Simply enter your user name (the name you used when you registered with the portal) and your password into the login form on the home page of the Healthsmart Provider Portal, and click on "Log In." You will be taken to a page that displays your registration information, including your email address.
How do I Change My Password?
If you have forgotten your password for the Healthsmart Provider Portal, follow these instructions to change it:
1. Log in to the Healthsmart Provider Portal using your credentials.
2. Click on the “My Account” link in the top navigation bar.
3. On the My Account page, click on the “Change Password” link in the left column.
4. Enter your current password and new password in the fields provided and click on the “Submit” button.
5. You will be prompted to confirm your new password before it is activated.
How do I Delete My Account?
If you want to delete your account, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Healthsmart Provider Portal.
2. Click on the "Profile" tab.
3. Under "My Profile," click on the link that says "Delete My Account."
4. Fill out the form and click on the "Submit" button.
5. You will be asked to confirm your request to delete your account. Click on the "Yes, I want to delete my account" button to finish deleting your profile.
