How to login to Healthlink Patient Portal
If you are a registered user of the Healthlink Patient Portal, you may login to the portal by following these steps:
Log into your account on the Healthlink Patient Portal. If you have not already registered for an account, click on the "Register" link at the top of the page. When prompted for your Username and Password, enter your Username (e.g., "jsmith") and your Password (e.g., "password"). Click on the "Login" button to log in to your account.
How to find your account number
If you have forgotten your account number, you can find it by logging in to Healthlink and clicking on My Account on the left-hand side.
In the My Account screen, under "My Profile," click on "My Account Numbers." On the next page, you will see your account number in the "Account Number" column.
How to change your password
If you ever forget your Healthlink Patient Portal password, there are several ways to change it. Here are three methods:
1. Log in to your Healthlink Patient Portal and click on the “My Account” link on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Click on the “Change Password” link in the “My Account” section of your Healthlink Patient Portal.
3. Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login page of your Healthlink Patient Portal and enter your email address to receive a reset password email.

If you have a question or problem with Healthlink, the first step is to ensure that you are logged in to your account. On the My Account page, click on the "Contact Us" button and select "My Question or Problem" from the drop-down menu. You can then fill out the form and submit it.
