To create a new profile, click on "Profile" on the main menu and enter your first name and last name in the appropriate fields. If you are registering for the first time, select "Create new account." If you already have an account and want to update your profile, click on "Update Profile." You will need to enter your email address and password in order to log in.
Once logged in, you will see a list of all of your profiles. To view a specific profile, click on it's title. From this page, you can view important medical information such as allergies and medications, review appointment history, and communicate with your doctor or nurse. To add medical records:
1. Open the Patient Portal.
2. Click on My Health History.

4. Enter your information on the form, and click Save Record.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 to add additional medical records as needed.
Requesting a consultation

How to login to the Healtheconnections Patient Portal:
1. Log into your account on Healtheconnections.com.
2. Click the "Patient Portal" tab in the upper left corner of the screen.

4. You will be taken to the main Patient Portal screen. On this screen, you will see a list of all of your medications. Click on a medication to view more details about that medication, including its dosage, side effects, and interactions with other medications.
