How to communicate with your health care provider through Health Portal Wcu
If you are having trouble logging in to your health care provider through the Health Portal Wcu, follow these steps:

2. Click on the Profile tab and then click on My Health History on the left panel.
3. From the My Health History screen, enter your Username and Password and then click on Log In.
4. If you have a Medical ID number, it will appear next to your Username in the My Health History screen. If you do not have a Medical ID number, your Provider ID number will appear next to your Username in the My Health History screen. Enter this number in the space provided and click on Log In.
