How to Access your Health History
If you have ever had any type of health issue, you may be interested in accessing your health history. The Health Ministries Portal provides easy access to your health history. You can login using your username and password from their homepage. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view all of your health records. This is a great way to keep track of your health and see how your health has changed over time.
How to Add/Edit Medications
Login to the Health Ministries Portal by clicking on the "Login" link in the top left corner of the home page. On the login screen, enter your username and password. Once you have logged in, click on the "Medications" link in the top left corner of the screen.
To add a new medication, click on the "Add New Medication" button. In the "Medication Information" section, complete the following fields:
1. Name: Enter a name for your medication. This will be used to identify it on the Health Ministries Portal.
2. Description: Enter a brief description of your medication.
3. Status: Select one of the following options: Available for Use, In Process Review, or Pending Approval.
4. Price: Enter the price of your medication in dollars (USD). You can use either U.S. or Canadian currency.
5. Quantity: Enter how many tablets or capsules of your medication you want to order. The quantity field is limited to 20 items per order. You can order more than 20 items, but each additional item will cost an additional $10 USD per item.

How to Change your Health Settings
If you are not automatically logged in to Health Ministries Portal, follow these steps to change your login information:
1. From the Home Page of Health Ministries Portal, click on the "Login" link in the upper-left corner of the page.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the "log in" button.
3. If you have multiple accounts with Health Ministries Portal, select the account that you want to use for this visit. (You will be prompted to enter your user name and password for this account.)
4. Click on the "Health Settings" link under your username in the main menu of Health Ministries Portal.
5. In the "Health Settings" page, under "Login", click on the "Change Password" link.
6. Enter a new password in the "New Password" field, and confirm it by clicking on the "Confirm New Password" button.
7. Click on the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.
How to Cancel your Health Agreement
If you need to cancel your health agreement, there are a few steps you need to follow:
1) Log into the Health Ministers Portal and click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the screen.
2) On the My Account screen, click on the "Cancel Health Agreement" link in the blue ribbon menu.
3) Follow the instructions on the screen to cancel your health agreement.
