1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the homepage of the health and safety portal.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click the "Generate Password" button.
3. You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
4. If you have forgotten your username, please click on "Forgot Username?" on the homepage of the health and safety portal and enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click on "Create Account". Once you have submitted this form, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to login using your new username.
