You will then be able to enter your name (first and last), email address, and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Password?" in the lower right corner of the screen and follow the instructions.
How to make a payment on your student account
If you need to make a payment on your Heald College Concord student account, there are a few different ways to do so. You can make a payment online through the My Account portal, by phone through their Payment Center, or in person at the Cashier’s Office on campus. Here are the steps for each option:
1. Log in to your My Account portal and select the Payment tab.
2. On the Payment page, click the link that says “Make a payment by phone.”
