1. Go to the HCSC website and sign in.
2. Click on "Member Portal" in the main menu on the left side of the page.
3. Enter your username and password in the respective fields and click "Login." If you have forgotten your password, go to www.hsc-us.gov and click on "Forgot Password?" in the top right corner of the Member Portal home page.

3. Click on the “Password” link next to your name in the list of users.
4. Enter your current password and click the “Change Password” button.
5. Re-enter your new password and click the “OK” button.

How to view your HCSC membership status

1. Go to the HCSC website at www.healthcare.gov.ca and enter your login information.
2. If you have an account with HCSC, you will be directed to the main membership screen. On this screen, under “My Profile” on the left-hand side, you will see your membership statuses (e.g., Active, Inactive, Terminated).
3. If you do not have an account with HCSC, click on “Create an Account” in the top right corner of the screen and enter your personal information. After creating your account, you will be able to view your membership statuses at any time by logging in to your account.
How to register for an HCSC course or webinar
If you are interested in taking a HCSC course or attending a webinar offered by HCSC, the first step is to register. The registration process is simple and can be completed online.
To register for a HCSC course or webinar, visit their member portal and click on "Registration" in the left-hand column. On the "Registration" page, you will need to provide your name, email address, and contact information for one or more HCSC representatives to contact you about registering for the course or webinar. You will also need to indicate whether you would like to receive announcements about new courses and webinars as they are created or if you would like to be notified only when a course or webinar has already been scheduled.
