If you are a student at HCCC, you probably know that their student portal has been revamped! In this article, we will show you how to login and access your accounts.
How to login to the Hccc Student Portal
The Hccc Student Portal is a valuable resource for information and resources pertaining to higher education. To access the Portal, students must first log in. Here are instructions on how to do this:
1. Click on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the page.
2. Enter your username and password in the fields provided. Make sure you have saved these credentials so you can easily access the Portal from any computer or device!
3. Click on "Log In." You are now ready to explore the Portal!
How to view your student account information
To view your student account information on the HCCC website, go to: \\hccc.edu\login\

Once you have logged in, you will be directed to: \\\"Student Center\\\" which will show your current semester grades and enrollment status as well as your course schedule. You will also be able to access your student account information by clicking on each of the following tabs:

How to change your password
To change your password on the HCCC website, please follow these steps:
-Log in to your account by clicking on the "Log In" link in the top right corner of any HCCC webpage.
-Click on "Your Account" in the menu bar at the top of the page.
-Click on "Change Password" in the submenu that appears.
-Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click on "Update".
-You will now be logged out of your account, so please return to this page and log back in before using it for any further transactions.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your email address or phone number, you can easily update your information by logging in to the HCCC Student Portal and clicking on "My Account" on the left-hand side. You will then be able to click on "Update Personal Info" and submit your updated information.
How to cancel your account
If you decide that you do not want to continue using the HCCC Student Portal, you can cancel your account at any time. To cancel your account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the HCCC Student Portal.
2. Click on the "Account" tab at the top of the screen.
3. Under "My Account," click on "Cancel My Account."
4. Complete the cancellation process by providing your name, email address, and password.
How to dispute a charge on your student account
If you feel that you have been charged for an activity that was not authorized by your HCCC account, you can dispute the charge. To dispute a charge on your student account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your HCCC account.
2. Click the "My Account" tab.
3. Under "Disputes and Charges," click "Dispute a Charge."
4. Complete the form and submit it to the organization that made the charge.
How to file a complaint
If you have a complaint about the HCCC Student Portal, here is how to file it.
Login to your account on the HCCC Student Portal.
Select “Student Services” from the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Select “Complaint Form” from the drop down menu on the right hand side of the screen.
Complete the form and submit it to the appropriate office or department.
