If you are trying to access your HBS Application Portal account, you may need to login first. To login, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the HBS Application Portal home page (https://portal.hbs.edu/).
2. Click on the "Login" link in the upper-left corner of the page.
3. Enter your credentials and click on "Log In."
4. If you have previously registered for an HBS account, you will be prompted to enter your email address and password.
5. If you have not registered for an HBS account, click on the "Create Account" button and enter your email address and password.
How to login to the HBS Application Portal
If you are a student at Harvard Business School, you are likely using the HBS Application Portal, which provides an online interface for managing your course materials and accessing other school resources. To login to the application portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your HBS account. If you don't have an HBS account, create one now.
2. Click the "Login" link in the upper left corner of the application portal home page. Enter your username and password. Note: If you have multiple accounts at HBS, use the "Log In as…" link in the top right corner of each application portal home page to log in to each account separately.
3. If you are not already logged in, the application will prompt you to do so now. Enter your username and password and click "Log In." You will be redirected to the login screen for your course, where you can continue with the steps below for that course.
How to find your application status
In order to find your application status, you can login to the portal using your HBS username and password. Once you are logged in, you will see a list of all of your applications. If you have any questions about your application status, please contact the admissions office.
How to update your application information
If you have not updated your application information in at least six months, you should login to the Application Portal and update your information. You can login to the Application Portal by going to: https://portal.hbs.edu/login/. Follow these steps to update your information:
1) Log in to the Application Portal.
2) Click on My Applications under the My Content heading.
3) Click on the application that you want to update.
4) Click on the Edit button next to the App Name field.
5) Enter your password in the Password field and click on the Save button.
6) Update any other information that needs to be updated and click on the Submit button.
How to submit your application
If you're looking to submit your application through the HBS Application Portal, you'll first need to create an account and log in. Once you're logged in, you can browse through the different application submission options and make your selection.
To begin the submission process, you'll first need to create a Submission Profile. This profile will contain information about your application, such as the title of your paper, the names of your authors, and the institution where you will be receiving your degree. You'll also need to provide contact information for each of your authors, including their E-mail addresses and phone numbers. Once you've created your Submission Profile, you can begin the submission process by clicking on the "Submit Application" button.

How to pay your application fee
To pay your application fee, please visit their online payment system:
https://portal.hbs.edu/login
Enter your email address and password to login. Once you have logged in, you will see the "Application Fees" tab on the left side of the screen. Click on the "Pay My Fee" button to begin the payment process.
How to manage your account
If you are a new HBS applicant, or if you've forgotten your password, follow these steps to get back in:
1. Log in to your account at hbs.edu/account.
2. Click on "Forgot Your Password?" to create a new password or retrieve an old one.
3. If you have forgotten your username, click on "Forgot Your Username?" and enter your email address in the "User Name" field. An email will be sent to that address with instructions for logging in.
4. If you have forgotten your password, enter the new password in the "New Password" field and click on "Create Account."
5. If you have forgotten both your username and password, please contact them at [email protected] so we may help you reset them.
How to report a problem
If you are having trouble logging into the HBS Application Portal, or if you encounter an error while trying to use the portal, please follow these steps:
