How to login to Haven Resident Portal
To login to the Haven Resident Portal, you will need your username and password. To find these details, follow the instructions below:
1. Open the Home screen on your phone.
2. Tap the three lines in the top left corner of the screen.
3. On the menu that appears, tap Accounts.
4. On the Accounts screen, tap User Management.
5. Under User Management, tap Login Details.
6. Under Login Details, tap your username and then tap Password (or type in your password if you have saved it).
7. Tap Save Changes to save your changes and return to the Home screen.
How to use Haven Resident Portal
If you are a Haven resident, you can use their Resident Portal to access important information and services.
To use the Resident Portal, first sign in to your account on the homepage. You can use this account to login to other websites and services that we offer, such as MyHaven and MyHealth.
Once you have signed in, you will see the main menu on the left side of the screen. On this menu, you will find different sections that contain information about their community. In particular, you will find:
-MyHaven – This section contains information about your personal profile, such as your name and email address. You can also view your current activity levels and privileges.
-MyHealth – This section contains information about your health records and medical history. You can view your allergies and medications, as well as find out more about their healthcare services.
