Hauppauge Animal Hospital has created a pet portal to help owners keep track of their animals' health and activity. The login process is simple and can be completed by following these steps:
Step One: Go to the Hauppauge Animal Hospital website and click on the "Pet Portal" link in the top left corner of the main page.
Step Two: Enter your email address in the "Sign In" box and click on the "Sign In" button.
Step Three: Enter your password in the "Password" box and click on the "Sign In" button.
Step Four: You will be brought to a page that displays all of your pets' information. To access each animal's information, simply click on its name in the list below. You can also view photos, videos, and recent updates for each pet by clicking on the corresponding links.

How to register your pet with Hauppauge Animal Hospital
If you have a pet at home and you're looking for a way to keep up with their treatments and care, you'll want to register them with Hauppauge Animal Hospital's Pet Portal. Here's how to do it:

If you have a pet at Hauppauge Animal Hospital, you can access your pet's health information through their Pet Portal. To login, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to their homepage and click on the "Pet Portal" link in the menu bar on the left side of the screen.
2. Enter your patient's identification number (PID) or name into the "Patient ID" field and click on the "login" button.
3. You will be prompted to enter your patient's date of birth. If you do not have this information, please call us at 631-725-7776 and we will be happy to help you get started. After entering your patient's date of birth, you will be taken to a screen that shows your pet's recent medical history. This information is updated every day and includes everything from vaccines administered to medications prescribed. If there is any new information that has been added to your pet's record since the last time you logged in, it will be highlighted in green.

How to make a claim on your pet's insurance
If you have a pet at Hauppauge Animal Hospital, be sure to sign up for their Pet Portal. This will allow you to make claims on your pet's insurance if they are injured or need treatment. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Log in to the Pet Portal with your user name and password.
2. Click the "My Pets" link on the top menu bar.
3. Select your pet from the list of animals contained in the portal.
4. Click the "Insurance Claims" link on the left side of your pet's page.
5. Fill out the claim form as completely as possible, including information about when and where your pet was injured, what caused the injury, and any other pertinent information.
