How to login to Hartford Health Portal
If you have not already done so, please register for an account on the Hartford Health Portal. Once you have registered and logged in, please follow these simple steps to login:

How to sign in to your Hartford Health Account
To sign in to your Hartford Health Account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Hartford Health Portal.
2. Click “My Account” in the top left corner.
3. Click the “Sign In” button.
4. Enter your username and password and click the “Sign In” button.
5. You will be prompted to log into your Medicare account if you have one. If you do not have a Medicare account, you will be prompted to create one. Once you have logged into your Medicare account or created a new one, continue with step 6 below.
6. If you are already signed in to your Hartford Health Account, continue to step 7 below. If you are not already signed in, enter your email address and password and click the “Sign In” button.
