How to login to Harris County Portal
If you are new to the Harris County Portal, or if you have forgotten your password, you can login to the site using the following steps.
Step One: Click on the "Login" button located on the top right corner of the homepage.
Step Two: Enter your username and password in the appropriate boxes and click on "Login."
If you have forgotten your username or password, click on "Forgot Password" and enter your email address in the "Create a new password" box. You will then receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.
How to update your account information
If you have an account with the Harris County Portal, you can update your account information by logging in to your account and clicking on the "My Account" tab. From there, you can update your contact information, subscriptions, and log in credentials.
How to access your account
If you have forgotten your login information, or if you need to reset your password, you can access your account by following these steps:
1. Click on the "Harris County Portal" logo in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
2. In the "Harris County Portal" main menu, click on "My Account."
3. On the "My Account" page, enter your email address and password (if you have one). If you do not have a password, please enter your email address and click on "Sign In." After you sign in, you will be taken to the "My Account" page for your account type. You will only need to enter this information once.
4. To reset your password, click on the link that says "Reset Password." You will be taken to a new page where you can enter your current password and new password (both of which must be at least 8 characters long). After you submit your new password, it will be automatically updated in the Harris County Portal.
