View your account information
If you are new to the Harmony Health Plan Provider Portal, you will need to create an account. The following steps will help you register and log in to the Provider Portal.
1. Go to www.harmonyhealthplan.com and click on the “Provider Portal” link in the top navigation bar.
2. On the Provider Portal home page, click on the “Account” tab located in the left column of the page.
3. On the “Account” tab, click on “New Account” in the upper right corner of the page.

Next, enter the drug's name, dosage, and schedule into the Add Medication form. If the medication is new to your practice and has not been prescribed yet, you will also need to provide a clinical justification for prescribing the medication. Finally, clickSubmit to add the medication to your practice's list of medications. If you are updating a medication, click on the appropriate button to update the information in your practice's database.

Manage your health records
If you are a subscriber to the Harmony Health Plan, you can manage your health records through their provider portal. Logging in is easy and takes just a few minutes. Here's how:

2. Click on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. This will take you to your My Account page.
