HARMONY's Customer Portal is a great way to keep your customers up-to-date on their account status, view their orders and history, and more. In this article, we'll show you how to login to the Customer Portal.
How to login to Harmony
If you are not already a Harmony user, you can create an account by clicking the link in the sidebar. Once you have logged in, you will see the Customer Portal listed on the main navigation bar.
To access your account, click on the "My Account" link in the top navigation bar. On the My Account page, you will see your name and email address at the top along with your account status (active or inactive). You can also view your account details by clicking on the "Account Details" link next to your name.
To log in to the customer portal, enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button. If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact customer service at 1-855-837-4657.
How to use the Harmony Customer Portal
The Harmony Customer Portal is a valuable tool that can help you manage your customer relationships more efficiently. Here are some tips on how to login and use the portal:
To start using the Harmony Customer Portal, first you need to create an account. You can do this by following these steps:
1. Go to www.harmony.com/portal and click on the Sign In link in the top left corner of the page.
2. Enter your email address and password, and click on the Sign In button.
3. On the next page, select Create an Account from the dropdown menu and fill out the required information.
4. Click on the Save My Account button when you’re done, and you’ll be redirected to the Login page. There, enter your email address again and click on the Login button to log in to your account.
How to contact customer support
Harmony provides a customer portal that customers can use to contact customer support. The customer portal is located at harmony.com and requires a user ID and password to access.
To login to the customer portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at harmony.com.
2. Click the Customer Portal link on the top menu bar.
3. Enter your user ID and password in the fields provided and click Login.
4. You will be taken to the Customer Portal home page. From here, you can access all of the features of the customer portal.

1. Go to www.harmonyconnects.com and sign in.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the page.
3. On the My Account page, click on "Customer Portal."
4. On the Customer Portal page, click on "Log In."
5. Enter your username and password, and then click on "Log In."
6. If you're new to Harmony Connects, you'll be asked to create a new user account. You can find more information about creating an account on their User Guide page.
7. After logging in, you'll see a list of all of your accounts in the Customer Portal (including your personal account and any customer accounts that you've created).
8. To access specific parts of the Customer Portal, click on the icons beside each section title (such as "My Account" or "Activity Log").
