3. On the resident portal home page, click on βLoginβ in the top right corner.

To login to the Harbor Management Resident Portal, users will need to create an account and then log in. To create an account, go to the Login page and enter your email address and password. After logging in, users will be able to access all of the resources available on the Resident Portal.
To submit a request for service, users will first need to search for the service they are requesting. Once they have found the service they are looking for, they will need to click on it to open the details page. On this page, they will find three tabs: Service Request Details, Service Request History, and Service Feedback. The Service Request Details tab contains all of the information users need to submit their request, such as the service type and description. The Service Request History tab shows how many requests have been submitted for this service type and how long it has been since the last request was submitted. The Service Feedback tab allows users to give feedback on this service or provide general comments about the Harbor Management Resident Portal.
