How to Login to the Hamzavi Dermatology Patient Portal
If you are a Hamzavi Dermatology patient, you can login to their patient portal to view your medical history and current medications, as well as manage your appointment calendar. To login, please follow these instructions:
1. Go to their website at www.hamzavi.com and click on the Patient Portal link on the home page.
2. Enter your email address and password in the respective fields and click the Login button.
3. You will be taken to a page where you can review your account information and make any changes or updates to it.

How to View Your Profile
If you are a registered patient with Hamzavi Dermatology, you can view your profile by clicking on the “My Profile” tab at the top of the page. Your profile will include information such as your name, doctor, and office address. In addition, your profile will list all of the treatments you have received from Hamzavi Dermatology and the results of those treatments.
How to Contact Hamzavi Dermatology
If you are a Hamzavi Dermatology patient and have any questions or concerns, you can contact their patient portal. Our patient portal is a secure and convenient way to communicate with their team of physicians and staff. To login, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the patient portal using your Patient ID and password. You will be prompted for your last name if you do not have an account already created.
2. On the left-hand side of the page, click on "Contact Us" and then "Submit a Request."
3. In the "Subject" field, enter your question or concern and then click on "Submit." Your question or concern will be sent directly to one of their medical staff members for review and response.
