Hampshire Gastroenterology Patient Portal provides you with the ability to access your medical records, BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, and more. In order to login and access these services, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "login" link in the header of the homepage.
2. Enter your patient number (which is found on your health insurance card or hospital bracelet) into the "patient number" field.
3. Enter your password into the "password" field.
4. Click on the "sign in" button.
5. You will now be taken to the "My Accounts" page, where you can access your medical records and book appointments.
What is the Hampshire Gastroenterology Patient Portal?
The Hampshire Gastroenterology Patient Portal is a secure online resource for patients and their families to access information about their health and care. The portal contains information on diagnosis, treatment, medicines and more.
To use the portal, you need to login first. To do this, click on the login link in the top right corner of any page. If you have forgotten your password, or if you have forgotten your user name, click on the Forgot your Password link in the top right corner of the login screen. You will then be asked to enter your email address and password. If you have registered with the portal as a patient or family member, you will be automatically logged in.
If you are not registered with the portal or if you have forgotten your user name or email address, please click on the sign up link in the top left corner of any page to register. Once you have registered, you will be able to login using your email address and password.
How to Log In
If you have never logged in to the Hampshire Gastroenterology Patient Portal before, there are a few things you need to do before you can start using it. First, register for an account by clicking the link in the footer of any page on the portal. Once you have registered, you will be able to log in using your registered username and password.
