How to login to Halifax Health Patient Portal
To login to the Halifax Health Patient Portal, please follow these simple steps:

How to add a new patient
Halifax Health Patient Portal is a secure online portal that allows patients to view their health records, book appointments and make payments. To add a new patient, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Halifax Health Patient Portal at www.halifax.ca/patients/.
2. Click on the “Log in” button in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Click on the “New Patient” button in the top left corner of the screen.
5. Complete the fields in the “New Patient” form, and click on the “Submit” button.
How to update an existing patient
If you are a Halifax Health patient and have an account with them, you can update your personal information on the Patient Portal.

Once you are logged in, find the "My Account" button near the top of the screen and click on it.
On the My Account screen, under "Personal Info," you will be able to update your name, contact information, and insurance information.
If you have a PIN, you will need to enter it before clicking on the "Update Personal Info" button.
If you do not have a PIN, simply enter your current name and contact information in the fields provided and click on the "Update Personal Info" button.
How to view your account information
