How to login to Gwinnett Medical Center Patient Portal
If you are not already logged in to the Gwinnett Medical Center Patient Portal, please follow these simple steps.:
1. Click on the "Log In" link in the top left corner of the portal.
If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address and click on "Forgot Password?" below your login information. A new password will be sent to your email address.
If you have forgotten your user name, please enter your first name and last initial and click on "Forgot Username?" below your login information. Your user name will be displayed next to your email address on the portal.
2. Enter your patient ID number or Last Name (first letter of last name) in the required fields and click on "Log In."
3. Your patient portal will now open with all of your recent appointments listed. If you have not yet registered for online appointments, please do so by clicking on the "Register for Online Appointments" link in the top right corner of each screen and following the instructions provided.

To use the Patient Portal, first log in using your patient identification number (PIN). If you have forgotten your PIN, click the "Forgot Your PIN" link on the home page of the Patient Portal. Once you have logged in, follow these steps to use the various features of the Patient Portal:
1. Access your medical record by clicking on "My Medical Record." You will be prompted to enter your patient identification number (PIN) and password. If you have forgotten your PIN, click the "Forgot Your PIN" link on the home page of the Patient Portal and follow instructions.
